Hello friends. Welcome to my Blog. My name is Pradeep. I am basically a civil engineer, who worked in North Eastern Region of India for 36 years. After my retirement from Meghalaya PWD in the year 2008, I mostly stay in Patna, Bihar. 

Due to Covid, I was seriously ill in 2020. It was responsible for severe cardiac complications. As such, I was admitted to Apollo Hospital, Chennai, where I had cardiac surgery to replace a mitral valve and bypass in the year 2021. 

 By God's grace and treatment by highly experienced doctors and a well-equipped hospital, the surgery was successful, and I recovered. However, I remain mostly confined at home in Patna. 

Having worked and lived in several places in India, I got the opportunity to meet many people from different walks of life and learnt many true stories from their lifestyles and culture.

Based on my experiences, my family members and friends have encouraged me to pen down some stories. I am not a professional writer so decided to write short stories. I am committed to write, exciting stories on this blog, and would appreciate if you would kindly give your comments and suggestions so that I may be able to write better.
